Mentors will assist children ages 5-17 years old
Mentors will assist with activities, games, and tutoring in Math, Science, Writing, Reading, and Arts & Crafts.
Mentors will assist youth program participants in sports, motion and moving, and life skill.
Mentor will assist on field trips.
Mentors will assist in distributing materials, snacks, awards. and supplies.
Mentors will be a positive role model that will promote and foster knowledge, interaction, development, and success.
Mentor will assist in setting up and cleaning up activities and sporting event.
Mentor must be able to communicate, listen, love children, and be patient.
We will work with the youth ages 5-17 years old at Greenbriar Apts., and Pineview. The are income based housing, and some maybe underprivileged, and need additional support and guidance. There will be indoor and outdoor activities so. mentors will need to be able to adjust to different temperatures. We will meet 1-3 times a week, times will vary.
