Volunteer is expected to be able to follow EZ assemble bike instruction to put together new bike donation. Bike tires will also need to be properly aired up. Assembled bike will need to be appropriately arranged by size  in storage area in preparation for giveaway assignments.

Feel free to bring a spare air pump if available to expedite to process.

We are in need of volunteers to help assist OMYDC Staff in working the concession stand for all USM home football games.  This includes food and drink handling, inventory of stand and cashier assistance.

We are asking that volunteers report to the Eastside Gate at Eagle Walk.
 
Requested ATTIRE: USM SPIRIT SHIRT/solid tee (Preferably Gold), Denim Bottoms, and Closed-toe shoes (no crocs) 

Service during shift example: show up time is 1pm(inventory/food prep) - game time is 3pm(sales/order request/restock) - ending time of event is 7pm (clean up/dismissal)

Drive thru distribution of family gift bags for Christmas items for all family members at the center.
Assist with getting family appropriate bags to recipients vehicle. On-site event day training provided prior to start of assistance. 
Bag Handlers, bag room monitors, curbside check-in, etc.
wear comfortable shoes, consist of standing and lots of walking, must have patients and able to remain in area assigned.
break will be available for bag runners, etc and refreshments will be on site.

A FUN EVENT OF PARTYING WITH A PURPOSE...BRINGING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD TOGETHER WITH FREE GAMES, FOOD, MUSIC AND A WHOLE LOT OF FUN!!!
Service task may include but is not limited to serving food, interactipns with guests, supervising activity with youth, event setup, park cleanup

report to center at 4pm, will go to park thereafter.

Clerical Assistant:

-Assist with reminder calls to notify seniors/proxy to pick up box before the end of the distribution.

-Ensure that each Seniors/proxy sign the dated recipient form for each approved  box at the time of pick-up. 

Laborer:

(Must be able to lift 20lbs comfortably to place onto a rolling carts and/or to carry it for up to 100ft. to the recipients' vehicle)

-Assist with the loading & unloading of approx 70+ food boxes from the delivery truck to carts/dolly and place in distribution zone.

-Assist Senior food box recipients with loading of each box into vehicle. (Use of rolling cart is available)

The after school program at Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center is requesting volunteer assistance for their youth who need after school tutoring assistance. Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center would need volunteers during 3:00-6:00 on Mondays thru Thursdays. ENDING MAY 6, 2026
